1. About Us

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website godship.io (the "Site") and any orders placed through the Site. The Site is operated by Takuto Yasui ("Seller," "we," "us," or "our"). Our contact details are listed in the Legal Notice.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping & Delivery, and Returns & Refunds (collectively, the "Policies"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place orders. You may not use the Site in violation of any applicable laws.

3. Products & Availability

Most products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our manufacturing/fulfillment partner Printful from facilities in the US/EU/other regions. We may change or discontinue products at any time. Colors and materials may vary slightly due to display settings and production processes.

4. Prices, Taxes & Duties

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the product page. Taxes, shipping fees, and import duties may apply depending on destination and will be displayed or assessed as described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Where applicable, customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes (DDU/Delivered Duty Unpaid), unless otherwise stated.

5. Ordering & Payment

By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the total order amount. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, incorrect price, destination restrictions). If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the amount charged.

6. Production & Shipping

Production typically takes 2–7 business days after order confirmation, then shipping time depends on destination and carrier. Further details appear in Shipping & Delivery. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (Incoterms may vary by route).

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Because items are made-to-order, cancellations after production begins and “change-of-mind” returns are not accepted. We accept returns or replacements only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items as described in Returns & Refunds.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, code) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Users may not download, copy, reproduce, modify, or remake any product images or AI-generated designs from Godship for the purpose of manufacturing products outside the Godship ecosystem.

Any unauthorized reproduction or production of AI-generated designs using external Print-on-Demand services is strictly prohibited.

10. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not interfere with Site security or operations.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the Site.
  • Do not infringe third-party rights.
  • Do not submit harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content.

11. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers (e.g., Printful for fulfillment, Stripe/PayPal for payments, analytics vendors). Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing here excludes warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country apply, these Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court. Consumers may have rights to bring claims in their local courts under mandatory laws.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
